If we are contracted and you provide complete and accurate information about your insurance, we will submit claims to your insurance carrier and receive payments for services. Depending on your insurance coverage, you may be responsible for co-payments, co-insurance, or other deductible amounts due at the time of service. We accept cash, check, VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS. Payment plans must be arranged on an individual basis with the Billing Department. Self-Pay Patients
Our office requires patients without insurance to pay in cash or with a credit card on the date of service. A discount for payment in full may be offered.
