Your medical records are safely on file and remain confidential with Spartanburg and Greer ENT & Allergy. If you choose a physician within our practice, you do not need to take any action concerning your medical records. If you choose a physician outside of our clinic, you will need to sign an authorization form before we can release your records.
You may call our main line at (864) 582-2900 and select the “medical records” option for assistance.
