Ellen Marcia Emmons (Jackson) was born on the Caribbean island of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. She relocated to the United States with her family at the age of eight. Dr. Emmons received a Bachelors Degree in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology from Andrews University, in Berrien Springs Michigan in 2006. In 2010 she obtained the Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) from A.T. Still University, in Mesa, Arizona. She completed her fourth year externship at the OU Physicians & OU Children’s Hospital in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Dr. Emmons is married to Pastor Marquis Jackson, and they have a beautiful and very active little girl, Elisabeth Jackson. In her free time she enjoys attending and participating in church services, spending time with her family, photography, traveling, music, reading, cooking, arts and crafts, and learning about various cultures. She is very excited to be a part of the Spartanburg & Greer ENT family. Her primary goal is to make a positive difference each and every day, and help others live a happy and healthy “hearing” life.
