When surgery is scheduled, we will verify your insurance coverage and complete any pre-certification for medical necessity. Inaccurate insurance information could result in an invalid pre-certification. Pre-certification does not guarantee payment from your insurance company. As the patient and the member of the insurance company, it is your responsibility to know if your insurance will pay for the surgery. We ask that you be prepared at your pre-operative visit to pay any insurance deductible and co-pay. If you can't pay in full, you must contact the Surgery Scheduling Department to arrange payments at least 3 days prior to your pre-operative appointment.
